Bread pudding

Bread pudding

  • A stale baguette of 2 days (about 250 g)
  • 60 g of whole milk powder
  • 45 g of sugar
  • 80 g of dried grapes
  • 75 g of butter at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Cut the bread into pieces and soak it for 30 minutes in a bowl of water. When the bread is soft, throw away all the water and press the bread well to remove any excess water.

Then, mix the bread with the milk, sugar, grapes, butter and vanilla. Butter a pan and put the dough to bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Once cooked, leave the Bread pudding to cool and serve it with a good tea.
