Crispy Chicken

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs , lightly beaten
  • 5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 8 tablespoons cornflour
  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Frying the chicken


Cut the chicken into strips, small or large, to your preferences.

Marinate the chicken pieces with garlic , salt and pepper for 30 minutes.

In a bowl combine bread crumbs , flour, cornflour and a little pepper.

Pass the marinated chicken in the beaten eggs then in the dry mixture.

Then move the chicken in a pan of hot oil. Fry every side until they are golden brown and crispy, usually between 10 and 15 minutes.

Serve with a salad or just with a little chilli sauce and home-made mayonnaise :

Express recipe for homemade mayonnaise with garlic : 1 clove crushed garlic , 2 egg yolks , salt, pepper and oil. Place all ingredients in a blender except the oil . Mix until smooth and then add the oil little by little until you have the desired amount of mayonnaise .
