Stir-fry Deer

 

Ingredients :

  • 800 g of minced deer
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed ginger
  • 3 tablespoons of light dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 red onion
  • Half a bunch of coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation :

In a big bowl, mix together the garlic, the ginger, the light soy sauce and the sesame oil.  Then add the minced deer, mix well so the sauce cover the meat and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

During this time, peel and slice slantwise the carrots then peel and minced the red onion.

Heat a frying pan to a high heat.  Pan-fry the marinated deer for 3-4 minutes then remove the deer as well as the cooking juice from the pan and reserve them.

Then heat the olive oil and add the onions and carrots. Stir-fry until it all start to soften.

After that chop the coriander and add it to the pan with the deer.  Mix well and let your Stir-fry Deer cook for 2 more minutes before it’s ready.

Serve the Stir-fry Deer hot with plain rice or pasta.
