Pork with three wonders


  • 500g pork, cut into pieces
  • 250g Brede China
  • 150g bamboo shoot into strips
  • 150 g of dried shiitake
  • 1 onion
  • 50 g green pepper
  • 50 ml water
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • oil
  • Salt and pepper


Soak shiitake previously for 30 minutes in hot water then cut into pieces. Cut leafy vegetables coarsely and cut the onion into fourth. Finally, cut the peppers into strips.

Prepare the sauce: In a bowl add the cornstarch with water and soy sauce and sugar and mix well and let stand.

In a wok heat a little oil and fry the meat for 5 minutes. Keep aside. Then cook the onions and peppers for 3 minutes. Keep aside.

On high heat cook leafy vegetables, shiitake and bamboo shoots for about 3 minutes. Add the meat, onions, peppers, pepper and sauce.

Cook for 1 minute, stirring. Taste and add salt if necessary. It’s ready.

Pork with three wonders are usually served with white rice and chilli crushed.
