INGREDIENTS:
- Twenty chilli pops
- 3 tablespoons chilli pops batter ( set aside before making the chilli pops)
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 1 sprig of curry leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cm of ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
PREPARATION:
Saute onion, garlic, ginger, thyme and curry leaves in a little olive oil. Add the curry powder, cumin and turmeric and cook for a few minutes. Add a cup of water and cook slowly over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the chilli pops batter , salt and pepper in the curry sauce to boil and simmer for ten minutes. Once the curry sauce is ready add the chilli pops and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander it’s ready.
