  • 200 g grated coconut
  • 100 g sweetened condensed milk



Preheat the oven to 170 °.

In a bowl using a spatula mix together the coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Once everything is well linked we can move on. Put a baking sheet or Silpat on the oven tray. With the help of an ice cream scoop, start forming the rocks, taking one spoon at a time and each time you rub a little with your fingers to have a rather taller than flat shape.

Once the oven is hot, put in the oven for 10 minutes, keeping an eye on them so they do not burn. Let cool before tasting your coconut rock. And to store them you can put them in a metal box or an airtight jar.
