ingredients:
- 1 packet of black jelly
- 1 liter of water
- sugar to taste
Preparation:
Empty the bag of black jelly powder in a glass. Turn it into a paste by adding a few tablespoons of water. Boil a liter of water and, once the water is boiling, turn off the heat and add the paste of black jelly while stirring constantly.
Pour the jelly still hot in a large dish or bowl and let it cool a bit before putting it in the fridge for a few hours.
Before serving your Mousse Noir, make a syrup with sugar and water by dosing the sugar according to your taste.
Run a knife horizontally and vertically in the jelly to make cubes. Serve your Mousse Noir cubes in a bowl then add the sweet syrup and eat it cold.
