Fried Rice with Chicken and Sweet Sausages

Fried Rice with Chicken and Sweet Sausages



  • 500 g of cooked rice
  • 100 g peas
  • 1/4 of a white cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 sweet sausages
  • 1 chicken breast
  • A small bunch of chopped onion tail
  • 2 eggs
  • Light Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • White wine
  • Pepper


Cut the chicken into pieces and let it marinate for one hour with a tablespoon of light soy sauce, a tablespoon of oyster sauce and a tablespoon of cornstarch.

Cut the cabbage into strips and set them aside. Peel and cut the carrots into small cubes and reserve. Cut the sausage in thin slices and reserve them.

Heat a wok with a little oil. Beat the eggs and cook in the wok. Once the omelette is cooked cut into strips and reserve them. In the same wok fry the chicken until golden brown and set aside.

On high heat sauté together carrots, peas, cabbage and sausages for 5 minutes. Then add the white wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the cooked rice, chicken, eggs and onions tails and mix with the sauce over high heat for 3 minutes. Your Fried Rice is ready.

This rbasic Riz Frit recipe use chicken and sweet sausages but it can be cooked with a lot of different ingredients :
