Sorbet tamarin


  • 6 table spoon of tamarind sauce
  • 4 table spoon of sugar
  • 1 liter of water
  • 4 à 6 sorbet mold


Put the water in a jar, add the sugar ant the tamarind sauce and mix well to have a syrup. Taste and add more sugar if you want it to be sweeter. Pass the syrup through a sieve if you want a sorbet without tamarind pieces or leave it as it is if you like pieces. Then fill the sorbet molds and freeze for 4-5 hours and enjoy.
