Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients :

  • 500 g of ripe mango flesh
  • 380 g of sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 g of cold wipping cream

Preparation :

In a blender reduce mango pieces into a puree. Put the mango puree in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes to reduce a little. Let the mango puree cool down. 

In a large bowl mix the mango and sweetened condensed milk together and set aside. Beat the cold whipping cream until it is firm. Take 2 tablespoons of cream and mix with the mango mixture to relax a little. Then add the rest of the whipped by mixing gently.

Pour into a bowl and let freeze for at least 10 hours in the freezer. Get out of the fridge 5 minutes before serving, make balls and enjoy.
