Spaghetti with Smoked Marlin

Spaghetti with Smoked Marlin



  • 200 g of smoked Marlin
  • 350 g of spaghetti
  • 200 ml of liquid cream
  • 50 ml of liquid milk
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt and pepper



Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions of the pasta packet. Cut the smoked Marlin into sticks and set aside. Heat a skillet over medium heat with the olive oil and fry the chopped shallot for 5 minutes. Then add the liquid cream, milk, chopped parsley, salt and pepper and mix. Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Once the spaghetti are cooked add them to the cream that simmers over low heat and mix to bind well. Then add the smoked Marlin sticks, mix and serve immediately. If you add the smoked Marlin before or leave it longer the smoked Marlin will be overcooked.
