Satini coco




  • 100 g of fresh grated coconut
  • half bunch of mint
  • 3 green or red chillies (or more according to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of tamarind pulp
  • salt



Mix the tamarind pulp with 2 tablespoons of water. In a blender grind all the ingredients together until you get a smooth paste. Add salt and mix well.

The Satini coco is served with samosas or fish broth.
