- 225 g of milk powder
- 250 g of sweetened condensed milk
- 30 g of ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder
In a large saucepan over low heat melt the ghee. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix. Then add the milk powder and the cardamom powder. Mix well.
Once everything is well mixed cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Pour the whole mixture into a greased tin. Spread well using your spatula. Let cool completely.
Unmould and cut into pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
