- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 10 g of sesame seed
- 30 g of soft butter
- 100 g of grated cheddar cheese
- Oil for frying
- 100 ml of water
In a large bowl mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and sesame seeds. Add the grated cheese and mix. Add the butter and mix. Add the water little by little and knead to a soft dough.
Separate the dough into 4. Roll out the dough and cut strips, reserve and do the same with the remaining pasta.
For cooking we will do two methods, baking and frying.
For baking put the pasta strips on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 ° for 10 minutes.
For frying heat a bath of oil. Once the oil is hot, place the pasta strips one by one and let them brown. Remove the cheese sticks and let them rest on the paper towel to remove the remaining oil.
Once all the cheese sticks are cooked let them cool a little before eating and if you want to keep them cool completely before putting them in an airtight box.
