Ingredients for 10 banana pops:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 35 g light muscovado sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 10 square of chocolate – about 50 g
- 100 g of flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- oil for frying
In a bowl mash the bananas with the sugar and add the baking powder and the vanilla powder. Stir in the flour little by little and mix well. Heat a saucepan with oil for frying.
Once the oil is hot put a square of chocolate in the dough and with a spoon take a little dough with the square of chocolate in it and fry. Do not put too much at once and leave to cook until golden. Once the banana pops are cooked and browned remove them and put them on paper towels.
