- 3 ripe bananas
- 100 g of sugar (or more depending on your taste)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 75 g of softened butter
- 1 tea spoon of cinamon powder
- 1 tea spoon of ginger powder
Preheat your oven to 180 °. In a large bowl using a fork crushed the bananas roughly. Then add the eggs and sugar. Mix well with an electric whisk. Add the baking powder and flour gradually, continuing to whisk. At last add the butter, cinamon powder and ginger powder and mix well. Grease a mold and pour the cake batter into it.
Let cook for 50 minutes. Check the cooking with the tip of a knife that should come out completely dry. Once cooked let cool a little before you unmold and eat with a good tea.
