- 500 g of minced pork
- 350 g of fresh pineapple cut into pieces
- 1 orange or yellow pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- the juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce
In a small bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, the sugar and half the lemon juice. Reserve. Cut the pepper into pieces the same size as the pineapple and set them aside.
In another bowl mix the meat with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, the other half of the lemon juice and the cornstarch.
Heat a wok with a little oil and cook the meat over high heat for 5 minutes. Then add the onions and peppers and continue to cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
Add the sauce and let simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then add the pineapple chunks and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Serve your Pork with Pineapple hot with a bowl of white rice.
