- 200 g of flour
- 50 ml of hot water
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 8 portions of “Vache qui rit”
- 1 natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of ghee
In the bowl of your food processor, place the flour, oil, yeast, sugar, salt, yoghurt and water and knead to get a ball.
Coat the dough ball with oil and soften the dough. When the dough is soft put it in a bowl cover it and let it rest for 5 hours.
Heat your oven to 300° for 30 minutes. Make a paste with the cheese and set it aside. Once the dough is rested divide into 4 balls, spread them and put a tablespoon of cheese in the middle and close the dough.
Spread them again but gently so that the cheese does not come out.
Place the naans on a baking sheet. Lower the oven temperature to 260 ° and bake the naan for 7 minutes.
Once they are cooked, put half a tablespoon of ghee on each naan and eat them warm with a chicken curry or octopus curry.
