- One sweet chinese sausage
- 2-3 teaspoons of honey
Roast the sausage for 8 to 10 minutes on strong fire.
When it’s done, add the honey, reduce the fire to medium and continue to cook it for 5-10 minutes until the honey is liquid and syrupy.
Once the sausage cooked, cut it in piece of 1-2 cm and mix the sausage with the honey so it cover the sausages pieces.
Serve it in a small plate or a bowl with toothpick.
